Hi All,

Due to financial circumstances I must sell one of my beloved cars. For this reason I have advertised both. Whichever sells first, the buyer gets an excellent car and I’ll keep the other to use everyday.

Here we have my 1996 Chevrolet Camaro 3.8V6 Indianapolis 500 Pace Car Replica.

Mot until end of June 2012 Tax until October 2011. 128,000 miles.

I have owned this car for around 7 months and it starts first time, every time. This car has been used on weekends only and taken to shows.

Exterior: It has had the exterior transformed to look like the 1993 Indy 500 pace car including stripes, door graphics, wing graphics Z28 badges and also the original Indy 500 sail panel and rear badges. In the last few weeks It has had the correct wheels refurbished and fitted with brand new tyres that have only done around 50 miles. It has also had new brake pads fitted to the front last week. The rear light cluster has been replaced with the new ‘2000 model lights with the amber indicators for UK use.

Mechanics: Mechanically the car is sound and runs great. It has recently had the Rocker Cover gasket seals and Gearbox gasket seals professionally replaced as there was a slight leak from each. I have also had the oil filter changed and had Royal Purple performance oil put in. It also has a brand new battery. It is alarmed and immobilised.

Interior: The interior is in excellent condition for the year. The Headliner did start to sag so has been stitched back up but could do with being properly recovering. The car also has new Floor Mats trimmed in white with an Indianapolis 500 badge in the centre.

Stereo: The car has had the original cassette player removed and replaced with a brand new Panasonic CD player with MP3 capability. It has also had 4 brand new Pioneer speakers fitted last month. The Stereo facia has been custom made to blend with the external Pace Car theme.

Also included is a Chiltern workshop manual for the car and a 1993 –2000 Camaro Performance book.

Sorry to see that you may be selling but good luck with it anyway. These are hard times at the moment it it's hurting a lot of people.

me too. I just need to sell one of my 2 cars. Both on ebay now so we'll just have to see what that brings.
