I have a B&M Megashifter (code 80692) which I bought for my third gen. Never fitted, still in the original packaging (I opened it to look, but then got rid of the third gen and bought a second gen).
It's a kit designed to fit in the standard console. Look here for further details:

It cost me £245.19 with the shipping / taxes / exchange rate.
Will take £200 for it, shipped in the UK. Or, if someone has kit 80694 (equivalent for 2nd gen) or 80688 (preferable shifter for 2nd gen) then I'll do a swap!
