Hey all,

Just wondered if anyone here is going to either the King and Tinker or the Abridge classic car show on Sunday 17th June?

The wife and I are going to The King & Tinker.
Mainly because I was told that you have to get to the Abridge show early to get your car in.
Getting up early on Sundays can get tedious if you do it too often.
I was up VERY early last Sunday!

Dave (firebird68) said he would be there, hopefully with Firebird. All are welcome to join us.
There's a Typhoon out there that I've yet to see....... :wave:

Would love to come along but it's fathers day and I have a very excited 4 yr old laying in wait to pounce on me, is this the king and tinker in Enfield? What time is everyone getting there? Maybe I can slip out for a few hours :-)

Well IF I go out tomorrow i'Lloyd be bringing my excited 4 year old too. The play area at the Tinker is better than I realised!

Yeah, it's the one in Enfield, Paul. You've been there in the SS.
We will get there around 11:00.
The landlord opens early and provides a free tea or coffee for petrolheads on the third Sunday of the month.
The turnout may not be great as there are a couple of relatively local shows on, but at least we'll get to have a chinwag, and it's only for a couple of hours.

Billing is on this weekend so I would expect a lot of yanks will head that way

I'm not decided yet if I will go to the Tinker or just head to the coast for a few hours. If I do go I will be there about 11 :)

Well, four of us from this forum made it to the 'Tinker.
It was great to catch up and have a chat.
