August 24th is the date for the Manx Yanks summer BBQ at the Point of Ayre lighthouse, Isle of Man.
I know it means you have to get on a ferry and all that, but if you fancy a weekend break on the Isle of Man, throw your car around our beautiful roads (many of which still have NO NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT!!!!!!) and come to the BBQ to meet us locals, then you're more than welcome. We can help with somewhere to stay etc.
