FESTIVAL OF TRANSPORT HAS FUN FOR ALL THE FAMILY.
On Sunday 7th July, classic vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and families, will be making a bee-line for the award-winning Barleylands Farm at Billericay in Essex. This superb venue is hosting Gemini Events' annual Festival of Transport where there will not only be a wonderful range of classic vehicles on display but also a wide range of attractions to ensure that everyone enjoys a great day out.
All classes of classic vehicles are welcome at the show including military and commercial, bikes, cars, and public service vehicles. For those owners wanting to make a weekend of it, on-site camping will be available, by prior arrangement, on the Saturday night.
Live commentary and arena activities take place throughout the day whilst Concours judging will be taking place to find class winners and the ‘Car of the Show. Exhibiting vehicles on the show field will be entered into a draw to win a free place on the 2014 London to Brighton Classic or Kit & Sports Car Runs and all pre-registered vehicles will receive a beautiful commemorative show plaque.
Public admission to the show is £8 for adults. Children under 14 accompanied by an adult, free. Festival of Transport tickets give entry to the Barleylands Farm attractions at the discounted rate of £6 per person on the day. Barleylands Farm features a Farm Park, Craft Village, and Farmers’ Market.
The Festival of Transport opens at 10.00am.
