Post subject:  Castle Hill Car Festival 3rd and 4th August 2013

Dear Sir

We wrote to you sometime ago regarding the above event.

May I take this opportunity to update you on the additions that we have, as the Festival keeps evolving week by week.

We have since last contacting you now confirmed that amongst the Trade exhibitors will be Aston Martin. They are bringing a range of 8 cars and will demonstrate some of them on the track during the day.

Jaguar will be represented with up to 8 vehicles as will Ferrari who will be bringing a selection of vehicles including the new Berlinetta which they will also display on the track.

We have secured the Top Gear Experience, and this will be fun for all the family as the Stig drives you around the Top Gear track in this top rated simulator.

As you can see we are adding to the overall appeal of the weekend all the time.

Don’t forget to follow us on facebook and twitter or via our website at www.castlehillcarfestival.co.uk for the latest information.

I have taken the liberty in attaching an application form for your club as we would like to see you there. The cost for exhibiting cars will be £5.00, (includes driver and one passenger) for one or both days and camping is available for £10.00. Food and drink can be purchased on site during the evening for those who are camping and we also hope to provide some musical entertainment.

There has been considerable interest in the Festival and club spaces are expected to book out quickly and so early booking will be essential. Applications will be approved on a first come, first served basis.

Hope you can make it and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

If you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact me either by e mail or telephone.

Best regards and hope to see you at the show.
