Just a heads up for anyone that's bored on the 2nd Monday of each month is Petrolhead Nirvana night at the Ace Cafe.
It's any marque, so supercars, to modern pocket rockets, yanks, the odd classic, pretty much anything vaguely interesting (and ideally quicker than average) on 4 wheels.
At this meet alone there was a number of TVR's, 360 and 355 Ferraris, McLaren MP4-12 spider, my Camaro, 1969 Mustang, Classic XK Jag, Jag XJ220 :o , Few Lotus's's's, lots of fast BMW's, fast AMG Mercs, Bentley Continental, 3 Nissan GTR's, GXS powered Westie, Lambo Gallardo, Corvette Z06, Escort Cossie, Lotus Carlton, Porsche GT3's and GT2's... + more..

Here's some pics from mondays meet, (stolen from Fiona)

Petrolhead Nirvana are a motoring fraternity that organise driving tours, charity events, car runs & meets, and other stuff, that i've been involved with from day 1. I'm there pretty much every month and it's just an informal car nut meet, with the occasional run to or from depending on who's keen..

Nice selection of cars there, you don't see an XJ220 very often, especially on the road. A good friend of mine had one of those on order prior to them going into production. He showed me the receipt for £50,000 deposit for one. Someone had offered him £100,000 to buy his deposit to jump the queue. He didn't sell the deposit, but bought a new Lamborghini whilst waiting for the Jag to arrive. That was along with the other 13 Ferraris that he had

cheers...Nige
