All panels are now sanded (80 grit), test fit here, hence a bit of a dodgy gap along the fender to door gap. Next job, sand up through a couple of grits ready for primer.
Oh yes, 'while i was there' with the door, i thought it would be good to straighten out the rocker panels
They were ok, but a bit wavey when looking at it with a long straight bar bit of angle bar. Only the MOT guy will ever see it, but i just know, deep down inside, for a split second he'll notice and be thinking... hmm, that panel looks pretty straight. And then i'll feel a strange sense of slight satisfaction. Of course, the only reason i have had to do work to the rocker panels, was because someone thought the best way to jack up the car was by sticking a jack on the rocker panel (probably a jobs worth on his first day at work operating a hydraulic lift?)... on both sides of the car
