Hi everyone
Anyone any ideas on what exhaust to buy for an upgrade. I'm wanting to replace the stock on my 2013 camaro convertible to an exhaust that sounds more throatier.

Not exactly sounding like a track version. I seen the Atak on youtube and would like something like that. Anybody know anywhere were i could get an exhaust installed? Im situated in Bolton, lancashire,

Thanks a lot

Lots of the UK American parts suppliers could supply you with whatever system you like.
Most half decent local exhaust fitters should be able to install it.
The other route is a custom stainless system but it's more chancy as to exactly how loud it'll be or what it'll sound like.. Though most work out well.

As Stu says, customs stainless is a good option, bit more 'risky' as you won't know what it sounds like. Some places like Top Gear (not the show lol) listen to what you are after and can come up with something along those lines i.e. throaty / raspy etc.

Other option is to buy a system from Magnaflow, Flowmaster etc. and have someone fit it, that way you can youtube the system to hear what it sounds like. This is definitely the safer option is you've hear a sound that you're after.

I built my stainless system, with crossover pipe and flowmaster delta 50 mufflers and it sounded just like i expected it to, so whilst there is a bit more risk with custom, it can pay off too.

The other option is to just replace the mufflers vs going for a full system. A highflow / sports CAT can often make the biggest difference.

I've plucked for the magnaflow cat back 15090. Like you mentioned a safer option and very easy to install myself. Drive it over the pit and get easy access to it. Arrives next Friday, Xmas present from the wifey. Lol
Really looking forward to the new sound, want it to blow away the mustang sound when out and about.
