Post subject:  what do you all do

As the heading says really, what do you do for an occupation? I previously owned a body shop for the past 30 years, but sold that a few years ago. I'm now a hypnotherapist, helping people get over their phobias & fears. I also work part time in the retail industry. Given the opportunity what would you like to be doing now for employment or are you happy with what you do?

cheers.....Nige

well im only young, 23 and just graduated in may with a first class masters degree in astro-physics ( i also worked part time at B&Q just to fund some of the studies and my cars :D ), i've been working at ESA the european space angency in madrid for the last 6 months and have co-authored a scinetific paper about the evolution of circumstellar disks arounfd low mass stars that are currently forming. Im back in the UK in february to start a PHD in high mass star formation studies, i really enjoy what i do and im good at it so thats a bonus. But i still keep cars as my hobby and had restored (albeit very quickly dude to coming to spain) a nice little MG midget with a california body shell and a 1500 twin carb engine, goes quite well. Im still 'going with the flow' of things at the moment and try making the best of every oppertunity I get.

and then i have the most boring of all your jobs, i work for blockbuster UK working as a customer sales rep at the Biggleswade store. Like the work as its not too hard but would love to be in the bodyshop side of things for cars. Always been a massive love of mine, just suffer with attention problems so never finished college.
