As the heading says really, what do you do for an occupation? I previously owned a body shop for the past 30 years, but sold that a few years ago. I'm now a hypnotherapist, helping people get over their phobias & fears. I also work part time in the retail industry. Given the opportunity what would you like to be doing now for employment or are you happy with what you do? cheers.....Nige |

well im only young, 23 and just graduated in may with a first class masters degree in astro-physics ( i also worked part time at B&Q just to fund some of the studies and my cars ), i've been working at ESA the european space angency in madrid for the last 6 months and have co-authored a scinetific paper about the evolution of circumstellar disks arounfd low mass stars that are currently forming. Im back in the UK in february to start a PHD in high mass star formation studies, i really enjoy what i do and im good at it so thats a bonus. But i still keep cars as my hobby and had restored (albeit very quickly dude to coming to spain) a nice little MG midget with a california body shell and a 1500 twin carb engine, goes quite well. Im still 'going with the flow' of things at the moment and try making the best of every oppertunity I get. |

and then i have the most boring of all your jobs, i work for blockbuster UK working as a customer sales rep at the Biggleswade store. Like the work as its not too hard but would love to be in the bodyshop side of things for cars. Always been a massive love of mine, just suffer with attention problems so never finished college. |
