My Camaro is now sold, she has gone to a very happy new owner in Southern Ireland. I'm on the look out for a decent V8 rat rod now.

Isn't the phrase "a decent rat rod" a bit of an oxy moron??  Be very careful what you buy & check that the car is legitimely registered not a "cloned" car as most of them are. The powers that be (government) are retro checking stuff like this now & vehicles of undeterminate or questionable heritage can be confiscated. There's a lot of uneasyness amongst an awful lot of rodders these days with legislation tightening up/changing all the time.

Might be worth checking out this site as it has an abundance of info re the law & registration

Don't forget to keep in touch with us here, just 'cos your camaro's gone doesn't mean that you can't join in ;) ;) , take care, cheers....Nige
