Well I picked up my car today & it's now sitting in my garage again Whoo hoo!! My friend Martin did a fantastic job in doing all of the mechanicals for me, thanks Mart   This thing is absolutely nuts to drive  the power is immense for a small block & feels pretty much like my old 10 sec '55 Chevy. Thats not to say it'll run those numbers, but boy does the world go backwards when you squeeze the go pedal. Best part is, is that it handles & stops on a dime as well.
I've now got to finish off the bonnet/hood & get that painted. After I hurt my back a few weeks ago,I had to leave it for a while as I wasn't allowed to lean over anything & stretch, so that was working on the bonnet out the window. First on the agenda is to get it painted along with the rear spoiler & then I can get on with flatting down the paint & cut it all back. Then I can finish off all of the other stupid little things & then get on to detailing it. Hopefully I can get it finished to take out on my birthday in a couple of weeks time. Gotta go, got a car to finish, cheers....Nige
