Hi all, I lost this site for a while, back when Ray quit I guess, but glad that I've found it again.
Went to The Goat at Hertford Heath on Easter Sunday, just for a drive really, after a (very expensive) battery replacement. I parked up for long enough to drink a mug of coffee. Needless to say nobody else showed up, although a Model A hot rod drove round the green but didn't stop. He did the same thing late last year (before the last lockdown) when there was just a few of us there. Obviously not enough cars there for him to feel it was worth stopping. But if everyone thought like that, there would never be any informal meets. Someone has to be the first to turn up.
Anyhow with lockdown being eased, are you all ready to get out to meets again? It could be a while before the organised shows get going so it will have to be informal meets at pubs etc.
