http://www.autonews.com/article/2015092 ... l-accident Looks like Paul Weller's daughter is suing Porsche over her fathers death. This quote from Porsche caught my eye: "At the same time, the results of the investigation show that, according to all the available evidence, this crash was caused by dangerous driving at speeds much too high for the road in question. There is also evidence that this particular vehicle had been altered from its original design state and had not been maintained properly." If she wins could this be the end of vehicle mods? After all the ambulance chasing lawyers can't get any money out of the tobacco or firearm industries anymore. |
