I brought an exepensive clutch frotm Rock auto a few months back, got charged delivery, import and vat and came to around £300, the clutch is absolute shite and might as well be made from toffee I have paid somebody to fit it, then paid them again to remove it and fit an old second hand clutch , complained to rock auto and asked for a refund might as well be talking to myself!!they are happy to replace it but I have to pay to ship the old one back then pay delivery, import and vat on the new one and probably end up with another load of shite than I cannot afford to have somebody fit and then remove again if it's junk !! It will cost me more to ship it back and import a new one than the clutch is worth. While I don't expect them to pay for the vat or the great expense of having it fitted and removed (i have spent around £600 ish now and have a pile of crap and a second hand clutch In my car) the least I think they could do is offer a refund or credit note upon receipt of the old clutch back! Buyer beware I'm afraid , I certainly won't be spending any more money with them again neither will anybody else I know!
