Interesting video, I liked seeing the different ways the light opened up.
Personally I would´nt want them on my car, not the part you want failing on a dark rainy night.

Yep, the last thing you want! I think that's one of the reasons they don't do them anymore. On the 3rd gen TA it has a back up lever so that you can pop the bonnet and manually pop up the lights. Not ideal if you're half way down the motorway lol.
