What was this guy thinking the whole time?! He drove the wrong way on the M25, for 9 miles?!

How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. It beggars belief it really does.
I saw it happen many years ago on the M45, the car was going the wrong way, crossed the central reservation,
and went the wrong way on the other side.
