Post subject:  Fastest lap around Manhatten
This happened last year and resurfaced a few days ago as the guy got arrested a few days ago. Apparently he's facing a jail sentence for reckless driving etc. I don't know about you but it's some of the cleanest driving out there - he evens stops for all the red lights. No danger etc, isn't going much faster than the cars compared to him and it's something like 3am on a Sunday.

Doesn't really look that bad? I'm sure most have us have driven faster than that at some point :shifty:
