Usually a 500ml bottle of car shampoo is £3-£6. Today in B&Q i found:
£2 for a
5 litre bottle of carplan car shampoo
(usually this type is £12 for a 5 litre bottle, or £5 for a 1 litre bottle). Works out at 60p per litre!
£5 for a
5 litre bottle of carplan other type of car shampoo (the triplewax one).
(usually it's a touch under £3 for a 500ml bottle or for a 5litre bottle: £13 in other shops, but B&Q already does it for £8.98 at the non discounted price. Works out at £1 per litre.
Other bargain - Redex fuel cleaner (both types - injection and carb), £3 a bottle of 250ml or
2 for £5.
Usually it sells for at least £5 per bottle!
I've ended up with 30 litres of car shampoo - never gonna need to buy the stuff again! It's not ready mix stuff, as always just add a cap full to a bucket.
