A while ago some stuff was posted on here re the 8 point rule regarding modifying cars. Kapri on R+S would be the man with the information. He has a lot of knowledge on the legal and regulatory side of things, as well as being a respected builder of non-standard cars and rods. If anybody knows it would be him. Possibly a subject where a little self censorship is advisable on an open forum...you never know who may be looking in. |

I've known Kev AKA Kapri for a good number of years now & we've had many a good chat about this sort of stuff. He is very clued up on all of the regulations in force & what's likely to come into force with the contacts he has at DVLA.
