I been told a lot of the cars are on loan from the owners. Gives them free storage and turns around the museum attractions as the cars come and go.. I'm sad that such a place may be stuck with an expensive bill that may close them down, but Elo is a business man and runs it as a company, albeit that does some freebies and cheap deals to some, but tgse are mostly PR, so I fully understand the council's point of view. . |
