I am pleased to hear you will be joining the power tour this year .Many of my friends have in years past , three or so years ago the power tour ended about 25 miles from me here in Michigan at Mount Clemans. It was a great gathering of many hot rods from around the state.Possibly some year some of you can come over for the Woodward Cruise(the third Sat. of August each year). Woodward Ave.was once billed as the largest commercial drag strip in the world.It is an 8 lane highway it runs from Detroit to the south 25 miles north to Pontiac all pure hot rods of all description . Last year some 45 thousand and 1.5 million people Cops are getting a little more strict now and clamping down on burnouts. We and many others start the cruise about the last of July and possibly 1 to 2000 cars on weekends leading to official start date. Must go now let me now how things go this year . 66Nova
