Morning... i think maybe people are running out of stuff to say..

I think alot of forums have got 'voyeurs', that are happy to read other peoples adventures and comments but less likely to add their own.. If you look at the views of any topic compared to the contributions or replies it's always that way.

I've spotted a few track days I'd love to do coming up at Goodwood, and maybe Cadwell Park, but while I was away last week, my MOT ran out so got a couple of minor jobs on the Camaro like adjusting the rear brakes and headlights, I think there's a tiny hole to weld in the boot floor if possible, before throwing it through the test, booked for wednesday.. Wish me luck..
Got the BMW going in a few minor bodywork touch ups next week too in preparation for sale, so if anyone wants a nice clean 2005 E61 530D touring, with all the bells and whistles let me know..

Morning guys, I'm not sure that it's people running out of things to say, I think that sometimes life gets in the way. I try to post up a few threads each day & to reply to as many as I feel I need to. Unfortunately, I've had a lot on this past week & haven't been near the computer much, so I'm sure it's the same for others on here. The fact that very few people start threads of their own & as Stu says, people tend to lurk instead of post, it only takes a few of the regulars not to post & it goes a bit quiet.

There's a whole wealth of stuff out there that'd be of interest to forum members, we just need more contributors to post stuff up. If the regular posters each posted up say 2 or 3 new threads per day, then people would no doubt answer them & hey presto, the place gets busy. When I have time I regularly post up to 8-10 threads in one hit, but I can't keep doing this on my own, I need others to add stuff too. Soooo, regular posters & lurkers it's over to you, just try & add a few threads per day & lets see how it goes

The weather's really nice here today, so I'm off down the beach later with the dog for a long walk. The wife's out with her horse & my daughter's going to her friends for a sleep over after seeing 1 Direction in concert tonight. Hopefully settle down to make tea & watch a good movie later

cheers...Nige

Well, it's like heaven to me  . I live in a small village with 2 pubs. . Within 2 miles I've got a forest, with fantastic walks up to 9 miles long, with views over looking the vale. Within 30 minutes drive there's a fantastic 2-3 mile long beach with mountainous sand dunes as a back drop. Within 40 minutes I can hit the mountains in the Brecon beacons, yet the city is only 10 miles away. Everything you need really. The dog & horse get on well together, so we tend to spend a lot of time walking with them, (riding the horse in the wifes case)

cheers...Nige
