Mornin Stu

Hoping it will get warm enough to work on the car. Cleared out all the crud from brake line coil, ready for a coating of paint and new fittings.

3 years ago today i bought the Camaro, so happy birthday to it and all that. Wonder if i should do a legacy round trip to Market Harborough (where it used to live) - oh wait, the Camaro is still not done

Funnily enough the video i took of it that day on the driveway had the exact same flutterly snow that we have today

Hey Ray, how long did you originally say this was going to take?   . You've built 3 cars in one there :lolno: At least you'll be really happy with it when it's done

cheers...Nige

Lol, i think originally i said i would work on it for 3 months, just a quick do-over on the interior :wtf:   i must have meant years

Thanks for the encouragement Nige  , i'm already happier knowing a lot has been done that otherwise would have been niggling away / not come up until it got way worse etc. Thanks for all the help along the journey, will be a good day when it gets the MOT certificate :)

Sat plowing through the thousands of photos I've taken lately, then prepping a lecture for Monday... fun fun fun.
Might brave the temperature outside later to wash the car, cos she's filthy.

Ye, can't believe myself that it's been so long. When i think back at what i've done, doesn't seem like i've achieved close to that much. I think because this is my first full re-build a lot of stuff is being done more than once i.e being redone to a higher standard as i learn more. Part of the reasoning of the project was to learn, so i didn't expect things to go great first time around. A lot of stuff i was happy with originally, i've since looked back on and redone. Probably being exposed to other projects, parts etc has given light to many thing that i thought were ok. In other words the list got longer :) I've definitely learned the "do it right first time" thing

Now that the weather is starting to warm up / brighten up i can be out in the garage more, especially in the evenings. Probably about 80% there now, just gotta give the project the final push now to have it ready for this spring. Hopefully can pick up a few things at Essex next Sunday as that will help too.
