Customville quoted me £160 each for 18"x9.5" torq ll copies w/ polished rims and dark grey mags...this seems a bargain? but i really like fully polished but been told you can powder coat to a chrome finish and this would still be a lot cheaper than real torq ll's????

The chrome powder coating isn't as bright as chrome plating, it's more of a polished aluminium look. It might work out cheaper to have the centres media blasted to remove the anodising & then polished up like the rims

cheers...Nigel

Will 9.5" wide fit on the front of a 69 firebird ????

Sounds a good price, hope the quality of the casting is ok...

Shouldn't think they will fit unless you remove the inner fenders and roll the arches - and caveat the backspacing

from memory the Torque Thrusts have a low backspacing- ie they stick out more- I think it is 3" 3/8ths

whereas we use an 8" with 4 or 4" 1/4 backspacing
