looks like I'm first on today, soooo, this is gonna be quite short as I've got to take my daughter to the station to do girly shopping in town. We've got friends over tonight for tea, so we've got to decide what to cook for us all. At the moment it looks like an American theme, with home made burgers, potato wedges etc etc. I didn't get a chance to go out in Evilzee yesterday, but might go out later if i get time. It's chucking it down with rain at the mo, but I just feel like going for a run out. That's all I've planned so far, though no doubt my other half will have other plans :lolno: :lolno:

cheers...Nige

Woohoo. .. second poster again today.. !!!

Using the free wifi in the bar we're working in while eating brekkie. Bit colder today, maybe 12 degrees here in Nice
Not sure what the day holds, probably go for a walk and have late lunch on the beach somewhere.

Another nice day again. Took the car to the car wash today (Ford Focus Estate 2003), a manual DIY job. Looks Ok, will do the interior tomorrow as we are now going out for lunch. It´s a lazy life when your retired

Well, my day hasn't panned out as I thought  I was right, ...the wife did have other plans for me, resulting in me just having got back home after some relentless shopping looking for a waterproof coat for me & some new shoes.. I really hate shopping & would quite happily have bought most of the coats I tried on. But no!! "you look like a train spotter in that one" was one of the comments & "oh, I'm not sure red & grey suit you" was another from her. I saw a great pair of red ankle high trainers that I fancied, but got told I'm a bit too old for red shoes at my age. Looks like I'll be popping back to the shop on my own tomorrow to get them then without her knowing:lolno: :lolno: :lolno:  off into the workshop now to squirt some lqacquer onto the guitar I'm doing, ready for some more artwork tomorrow. Oh & I still haven't taken Evilzee out for a run bugger, bugger!!

cheers...Nige

ps you two guys really do have too much time on your hands, strolling around in Nice & washing cars in the warm

pps just been told that the drain's blocked & that the carpet shampooer isn't working properly, I'll never get this guitar done at this rate

pps Stu are you going to be first to post tomorrow?? ;)

Well I spent all morning picking up and putting a new bed in our main bedroom, so didn't get much done at all today.

Oh I did set fire to the old bed base in the yard as some light relief. It wasn't flame retardant!
