Hi guys.

I have just bought my first muscle car so I thought I would come and join in the fun.

as a muscle car virgin, are there any other UK based forums/resources I should join up to?

Here are some pics of my car as it stands..

but not for long.

Next year, its getting the full pro touring works, with ridetech suspension, LS engine transplant, complete custom interior and bespoke body mods.

With that in mind, if you see anything on the car that you would be interested in buying, drop me an email as almost everything will be available forsale. The only bits I am planning to re use is the shell, subframe, rear axel, and the glass

Oh dear :(
maybe keep the engine etc so it could, one day, be returned to stock if someone wants to.

That looks like a lovely clean car.. Good luck with the pro-touring venture, my 2nd gen has sort of gone down that route.. I know in hindsight things I would do differently now though..

The car really looks too good to drastically change, but it will certainly drive nicer afterwards, and at least you know you've got a sound base to work from.. There are some goos projects on the go on this site, and some useful info from owners, so looking forward to some progress pics soon..

She is sooo pretty.
A beautiful car.
I'm another boring one who says 'Too good to modify' - I've always loved the '68 and '69s.
Good luck with whatever direction you go with it though. :)
