Hi guys, just a reminder that this weekend (24/25 september ), sees the 2nd hotrods and thrills meeting taking place at Kirkbride airfield in Cumbria. This is also a round of the NSCC, with some of the bg hitters coming (Paul Houston with his twin turbo 555ci 1968 firebird and Andy "fadster" Hadfield with his mental t bucket) thee is free camping on site, along with an absolutely cracking hotel (only a handful of rooms as its more of a function room type place, but the beers cheap an the meals are out of this world !) I urge all of you to consider coming along and try a little grass roots drag racing ! |

Hi Biff i would be tempted to come over but we are going over to Fort Paull (Hull) but list any other events as you are not to far away Cheers Neil :thumbup:PS I used to go to york dragway many moons ago and grass roots dragracing is spot on . |
