More scaremongery more like. That link didn't work for me but my opinion is that the speed limits should be increased. Most cars these days are more fuel efficient, have advanced technology braking systems and tyres have also improved (I do also think we should change summer and winter tyres though). |

I filled it in but I used pretend details as usual. I suspect that kind of site is simply collecting data for the government to sell on to marketing companies who then target you with motor related spam. |
