I went to Donnington yesterday to crew for my mate who races a '70 Mustang in the HSCC Roadsports series. Had a good day out, but feel shattered this morning after the 4.30am start to get there. here's some pics of the day:- Just setting up our pit area Falcon at scrutineering along with a '67 Mustang A replica of Jerry Titus' Trans Am car GT350 Mustang Falcon in the pits Hardtop Mustang A real 289 Cobra Inside the Cobra E type Wide arched TVR Jim Clarks Lotus Cortina, yes that is his real name, but he's not the famous guy :pmsl: Couple of Morgans Couple of Anglias The Saint was racing E type Another Lotus lotus De Tomaso Mangusta '65 Mustang Some holes drilled here  This caused our race to be restarted Out of a grid of 28 we qualified 7th & in the race finished 5th after a restart which was due to a few major shunts at Redgate (the first corner), so all in all a great result cheers...Nige |
