I went to Donnington yesterday to crew for my mate who races a '70 Mustang in the HSCC Roadsports series. Had a good day out, but feel shattered this morning after the 4.30am start to get there.

here's some pics of the day:-

This caused our race to be restarted :o

Out of a grid of 28 we qualified 7th & in the race finished 5th after a restart which was due to a few major shunts at Redgate (the first corner), so all in all a great result

Very true, makes you wonder if it's really worth all that effort to try & lighten the car don't it?? Looks trick though. You get about a bit Mark don't you?? I saw you over on the "dark side"

You got that trans in yet?? Looks like you had a good score there  Pics, we need pics, even if the car is naked.

cheers...Nige

Great pics..

Lovin' the Mangusta. Reminds me a bit of the Alfa Montreal, but more evil looking and faster.. (probably)

The mangusta broke in practice & they had trouble fixing it, so it didn 't race
