ye it always saddens me to see these, especailly when we spend so much time and love on keeping ours in the best condition we can. The one silver lining in there was that one of them was the home for a possum family lol.

What a waste of machinery, took a while to read though but was interesting all the same.

Funnily enough, there's a place over here around the Tewkesbury area that has fields of old American cars lying up to their sills in the ground. When I went there a couple of years ago there were about 7 or 8 Camaro's, 5 or 6 Firebirds, 3 Trans Ams (2nd gens) Various Dodges (one being a Road Runner) & a whole load of other stuff just festering away. I came away from there which a whole set of front & rear spoilers for my Trans Am, the aluminium turned dash with gauges, centre console & various bits of trim. At least they'd allow you to buy bits off them (cheaply too)

cheers....Nige

I can't remember the name of the place, but it was in the grounds of a nursery (gardening variety). I'll try & see if I can get the name off my mate that went with me.

cheers...Nige
