How do you look after your car during those dark cold winter months?? do you just park it up & leave it? So when the Spring/Summer comes how often do you generally wash/wax it? Do you just do it before a show or do you have a set regime for it?? cheers...Nige |

My Camaro goes into an insulated container from the 1st November until the 30th April. I remove the battery, pump the tyres up to approx 50 psig and thats it. I have been doing this with different cars for the past 30 years and have never had a problem. When I have it on the road for the six months I wash it every week and polish/wax it most weeks. The inside is cleaned every week and if I take it to the golf course I use different interior mats. I try to look after my cars but I do spend longer driving them than I do cleaning. Cheers Gerry |

Gave mine a wash & took it out for a run 3 weeks ago & when I got home it was stinking dirty, from the wet roads. Figured it'd dry itself out in the garage. I was surprised to go out to it 3 days later & find it was still wet, so had to wash it. That was twice in one week & in my garage that's normally unheard of. cheers...Nige |
