hi all, just thought i'd stick up a quick post and say hi.

in the next couple of weeks i'll be buying my first ever american car :mrgreen:

been wanting one for a long time but having to start at the baby end with a Gen3 V6.

welcome to the club, Buying american for the first time should come with a goverment health warning as from now on in its bigger engines and more horsepower. You'll never look back and its greeeeaaat. I started with a similer shape but a 5.0L Z28 when I was only 17 and couldn't afford a set of tyes let alone insurance. I still love em 20 odd years later.

Its got the Z28 alloys I can see.

I'm in Suffolk also so will keep an eye out on the roads for you.

This is true, take it from someone who went from a 305 RS to a 350ci IROC inside 6 months. :D

yeah i can see me look for either a V8 to put in it or one with a V8 after xmas :lol:

does anyone know if the engine and auto box out of a C4 chorvette will fit?

P.S. i'm in lowestoft suffolk if you ever see me about.

It may only be a V6 but we all had to start somewhere and at least its a Camaro 8-)
