Has this web site been announced publicly in the magazines, internet etc? I stumbled across it by accident, but it doesn't seem to have a lot of "traffic" at the moment which is a great shame. Might be an idea to get in touch with the magazines, other forums etc to let people know it exists. The Mustang guys have 2 very popular forums running at the moment, hopefully we can get more interest in this for us Camaro guys?, cheers....Nige |

I was asked to make this site/forum by Tim Boles who is the Classic Camaro Club UK Secretary, as the club had kind of died and disappeared. Since this site/forum started not too long ago we have picked up a good few members and I am pleasantly suprised by its constant momentum, more new users are coming online each week. I shall ask Tim if he wishes to plug the site more via Classic American etc, but please feel free to spread the word! |

At the moment I don't think many people know of the sites existence & without current members posting on here regularly then people won't bother to look in to see what's happening, which would be a great shame for Camaro owners. Might I recommend that yourself or Tim puts a small bit of editorial together for the likes of Classic American, American Car World, Custom Car magazines etc as they're always looking for news to put in the magazines. That way at least people will know of the sites existence, cheers....Nige |

Cheers Rocky, I have emailed Classic American and they want me to send photos, logos etc and they will put something in a couple of months time, they're full up for the next issues. |

Is there another rival Camaro website in the UK I wonder ? I see more Camaros around than I do Firebirds and the POC website is always fairly lively (although run by an ever increasing PC brigade these days). How about doing what the AAC do and have nonesense threads whereby we each post a reply to "cars beginning with letters of the alphabet in alphabetical order" ? If there are any good mechanics on here (with time to spare) that can post up "how-to's" for general servicing then that would be awesome. |
