ok a few thing to rant about, 1: it like it was off fast and furious tokyo drift, they had a 67 ford mustang with the S15 sylvia engine in and a huge turbo 2: quote "on 93 octane it put 529 rwhp running 18 psi boost" , a pal in the US has a smallish single turbo on a stock bottom end LS1 4th gen with a slightly digger cam (by 15 deg or so @ 0.05" lift) and put out 512 rwhp @ 9psi and it still sounds like a V8 and is smooth Daily driver 3: I wanna see the torque curve, ie crap until its on boost anyways, its cool in some respect, and each to their own by I wouldn't do it, yeah its an awesome engine and an awesome car, but i dont think they go. Straight six in jap cars , V8 in yanks , swap them about and NO. Either way, its like V8 in jap, its cool but its not right!! Maybe its just me?? |
