It's currently on Sky, albeit a different series of episodes. At the moment they're building a 1st gen camaro from all new parts. The next episode is on thursday at 10pm on the Discovery Shed channel

found it , series linked it, in the meantime, found "Custom my ride" on Discovery Real Time (channel 240 on Sky). Tuesdays 10pm. Its West Coast Customs, but at the mo they just started a '69 GTO project.. putting the body onto a 2006 GTO. The shell of the '69 looks awfully similar to that of the 1st gen camaro :)
