Car Details:'79 Camaro, 350 V8
Location:South Bucks
I really should update my project thread, it's been a while but not a lot has happened :(

Updates for me = repainted, wet sanded, had same breakout issues. Paint company were really great and tech rep came round did some tests, should be moving over to base coat clear coat system for 3rd repaint. Issues were due to the dye floating around within each layer with the single stage, restless buggers.

Can't stand wet sanding or general sanding anymore. Have touched that car more than my ex girlfriend. She was nicer to the touch.

Got bored of paint related stuff, installed electric cut outs and headers. Installing new rear shocks this week. Polishing up chrome outer trim next week ready for when windows get installed.

Paint should arrive in a couple of weeks, so biding time. Got a 2nd compressor off ebay so got 2 running in tandom, giving 125 litres of air and 4 HP with about 16CFM.

Want to drive Camaro. My 1:18 scale american cars have moved more than the camaro.

How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).

How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cNqaPSHv0 just copy "K2cNqaPSHv0").
