That's on a 200 hp shot of N20.
I need a new fuel system and bigger injectors then I can run a 400 hp shot and be well into the 9's.

What sort of times does it run without "squeeze" ?? Is that on street tyres or slicks?? Mighty impressive times you're running there ;) ;) , what sort of spec do you have on the motor?? Cheers.....Nige

This is on 305/35-18 Nitto Drag radials.
The motor is a 408 CI or roughly 6.7 liter stroker, a 6 liter block bored .30 over with a 4 inch crank.
It'll do mid to high 10's depending on traction with no juice.
My main problem is the street tires I can't get traction till third gear.
Please keep in mind this is a full on street car. Has full interior, stereo, leather seats, AND it's a convertible.
I didn't build it to be a 1/4 mile race car, I've taken it to the track a few times just to see what it would do.

Out of all the street "drag radials" which is the best make/size for an 8" wheel to fit standard '69 wheelwells?? Cheers......Nige

Mickey Thompson ET Street's.
That's what I'm using now and they are by far better than the Nittos.
I wouldn't go wider than a 275mm on an 8 inch rim. I mean you could go wider but it's not safe in my opinion.

I've done a little bit of banger racing which didn't turn out to be very cheap, good laugh though.
Also did the Petty Experiance at disney world in orlando which was superb, was expensive but well worth it, got an average top speed of 126.1 mph, got a certificate to show my lap times.
If i find the pro street i'm looking for then i will put tht up the strip.
