Dear Nige
Sounds like a plan!
where are you looking?
I only ask because I might know or somewhere in Suffolk/Essex- and as a real change of life long shot How about the Highlands of Scotland- I have a cracking barn and a 4 bed farmhouse that might be available later in year?

I wonder if I shouldn't get you to quote a restore job on "Daisy" my Nos matching V8 CJ7?
Hi Tim, thanks for the offer, but I've only recently moved house & really couldn't go through all of that aggro again, mind, I could be tempted witht he Scottish highlands   Once I'm up & running I'd be glad to take a look at Daisy for you. Realistically, this isn't going to happen this side of Xmas as the buildings that I'm interested in won't be available until the New Year, but that's not too long away now.

Ray, yeah I'm concerened about the health thing, as that's why I sold my last business, I became very aware of my mortality after my Dad died & realised that being surrounded by all of that nasty stuff wasn't doing me any favours. This time though, I won't be employing anyone, so the levels of dust/fumes etc etc will be greatly reduced.

Thanks for the vote of confidence guys, appreciated.

cheers...Nige

Hey Nige,

Definitely keep us updated, sounds like a while off but it will be nice to see the place get built etc. You shouldn't have a problem with business if people are aware of you skill leve. Are you planning on doing resto's and collision repair?

Good point about the health aspect, if its only you then you wont have someone else blowing dust in your direction and the like, so i guess it's a lot less of a worry as you're much more in control of the environment.

Hope all is well!

Cheers,

Ray

Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).

How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cNqaPSHv0 just copy "K2cNqaPSHv0").
