I´ve seen clear topped valve covers before not the all clear ones.
They are quite novel but over time they might just discolour and lose the transparency.

I´d install some for fun.

That's a good point, i guess with the heat and the oil splashing up on them, there may be a limited life on the transparency factor.

I did see those on Summit, they came and went.....then came back.
But I did´nt like the HEI at all and went all MSD.

Again a neat talking point when you show off your motor......"Start it up we wanna see it work".......umpteen times

My Camaro had a clear distributor cover when I got it... had to replace it at some point and was recommended not to get another.
