Done too..

Many uk circuits are under threat of noise restrictions or closure at some point so they need support. .

Ye i went to Rockingham last year and they had an offer to have a ride in a stock car (full v8, side exhaust etc), but they could only do it once per hour due to noise restrictions. Couldn't hear it in the car park let alone housing "nearby" :wtf:

In the last couple of weeks a crow has decided to move into a tree overlooking the garden. Starts cawing about 5am and that is one loud SOB so i'm awake from that (it only just left a few minutes ago). Far more irritating than a distant car engine. I lived on a main road once and anytime a harley or similar would go past you may as well have been on the thing as you could feel the rumble in the house. So going on the legislation logic of race circuits, we should also ban crows and vehicles on main roads :lolno:

There's a lot more noise out there, will defo keep supporting motorsport

Brands Hatch is brilliant example. That track has been there since 1926, yet due to the housing estate built relatively recently, they can rarely use the full Grand Prix track, and are limited to noise restricted 8am - 6.30 pm use of the Indy circuit most of the time, due to noise complaints.. YET THE IDIOTS MOVED IN NEXT TO A RACE TRACK - WHAT DID YOU EXPECT !!!!!! ????

I know just so stupid aint it
We had the same thing down here on a smaller scale
Being close to the costwolds we used to have a cotswold waterpark so jetskis were in abundance sit on and stand on ones + waterskiing but not anymore as they built some luxury hol homes and all the rich city folk bought them then complained about the noise so the waterpark was forced to close :(
Now there is just water skiing but by means of a bungy rope :wtf:
