Hi,

Anyone know where i can buy some good quality cardboard from so i can make my own headliner?, all i can find is hardboard ( not flexible enough ) or cheap cardboard for boxes.
Think i need around 2.5mm thickness.

I was gonna redo mine using decent 1/4" marine ply. i think it will flex enough...

Don't think 1/4" will flex enough, but you can get very thin ply which would work really well, 1.5mm (1/16")
